My paddle is wet...

There is water inside my paddle shaft.
It is an ORIGINZ NEVIS BLUFF

What should I do? :-\

(if it had a rivet holding the blade on like my old one, i'd just rip it off, empty it and silicone it up, but it doesn't look that simple)

Oh no, my paddle is spending a night in the shop, away from his boat :(
