Hey Angus, Helmet is med/L I think. with the shred ready's it seems that one size fits all with addition of different sized pads etc. let me know if you want to test it. thinking about a red rocks sat arvo if there is still enough H20 to do it if you are up, can bring it along.

Paddle has gone to a new home now,

Just adding there is also a Hydraulics rescue PFD in good condition also for sale. Slightly faded and has small but solid seam seal repair to a pocket. Does not come with cow tail/tape and biner. Great first rescue vest on a budget $100 ono.

And along with Shred Ready full face helmet previously mentioned there is a protec two face helmet. This item is good for low level whitewater use ONLY really despite company's claims. Would be ok point to pine Island, Clyde river or easier, and play boating maybe Penrith. $35
