General Paddling Talk / Kosi this week.

Hi all.
There will be a couple of us paddling in the hills Thurs through Tuesday. Thinking of running the Thredbo, Munyang, Eucumbene, maybe the Gates and the Goodradigbee or Goobarragandra if we get rain on the weekend.
Leaving Canberra on Thurs if you need a ride.

1/ Galasport, Carbon Kevlar bentshaft paddle. 193cm & 30deg. offset.
Has seen alot of use but still going strong, tough paddle- $200
2/ Immersion Research, Session 2.5, semi drytop. Double tunnel, latex wrists & neo neck.
As new condition, little use. I was too hasty buying this and after my first roll in it I decided its too big.

General Paddling Talk / New to Canberra

Iv'e just arrived in Canberra from Cairns, as always I'm keen to meet paddlers and get on the water.
If anyone wants to show off any local runs, please let me know. 
Also, are there any park and play spots in the area (apart from Childowlah)?
