Paddle Options for Sun
« on: May 02, 2011, 05:53:17 PM »
I note that as of today (Monday) all river options are red with the exception of Nymboida. >:(

I need to be on the water on Sunday.  Unless the predicted showers bring an option for Sunday I am heading to Penrith (first time! ;D).  I will have three other seats in the car and spaces on the roof racks.  Happy to coordinate departure times and pick up locations.  Post here if you are interested or give me a ring.

Why do you Canberrians insist on Sundays?

We are heading up on Saturday, water is on 1030 to 1530.

Sunday it is off at 1330.

The course is probably the best it  has been for years at the moment.

Stu,

Let me know if you're doing the playwave on Sunday. I'd be keen.

(been to Penrith 3 weeks in a row so will probably take a break this weekend)

Excellent.  I will give you a ring to coord timings.  Anyone else interested in Penrith on Saturday?  Plan on leaving Canberra about 7:00 am and will be back about 7:00 pm. ;D

I may be there, but I'll have to redevelop a passion for kayaking, which could happen.

That'll mean staying at the course and not going to Penrith plaza, Angus  ;D
